Meeting openings & closings

Each meeting will begin with an opening and a closing.  Depending on the type of meeting the opening may differ but the closing for all meetings will remain the same. The host of the meeting will clarify which type of meeting it is and which opening is being used. 

Recovery Your Way promotes and encourages self-empowerment recovery! We recognize and respect that there are multiple perspectives, platforms, methods and multiple approaches to recovery.   Regardless of the method we consider recovery at the point in which you have decided to recover.    There is no judgement and all are welcome.   Although each meeting is independent and autonomous everyone is expected to respect each person   and their method of recovery.   We do not consider our meetings a professional method of therapy.    We do not give medical advice or directions to others. Any medical direction needs to be done by an outside physician and we encourage anyone struggling with addiction to seek help from a medical professional.

 We come together as one even though we each support many!   We want to be there for the ones we love without losing ourselves in the process!   We do not consider our meetings a professional method of therapy.    We do not give medical advice or directions to others.
